How Does Online Fitness Coaching Work?
You will be required to fill in a quick consultation form that will provide me with the information I need to design a workout program and nutrition plan that suits your needs and goals. Your workout plan will be delivered to you via our mobile app (you will download the app from your app store) or you can access the app via your computer. Here you can access your workout plan, track your progress and communicate with your coach. Notifications are sent to you to remind you which workouts you need to complete so that you are always on track and committed to your training.
Each time you check in on your workout, your trainer will be notified which means they will be notified when you miss a workout. You will be able to track completed workouts, log your body stats and add progress photos ans sync your wearable data allowing you and your trainer to track your results and progress.

I was always that skinny kid that got the crap beaten out of him because well, I was an easy target I guess.....
I absolutely hated being skinny, so I started training at home with some rusty old dumbbells I got from a friend when I was still in high school. It is amazing what you can do with some old dumbbells and a positive mindset!

I am also a big family man, I have a daughter who means the world to me and a wonderful fiance who is my pillar of strength and my best friend.
I want to inspire people every day and show them that although fitness might be a science, it is not rocket science and anyone with a positive mindset can build their perfect body and their perfect life.
I have learned one important thing in life, and that is to be your own hero!
